Lebanon lives in several languages, so Doctera does too. The whole platform, from doctor profiles and booking to reminders and medical notes, works in Arabic (with a full right-to-left interface), French and English.
This is not an English interface with a few translated labels bolted on. Every screen, every reminder and every medical note is written in the patient's own language, Arabic included, right to left. For us it isn't a feature; it's the point: care you can understand, in the language you think in.
Medical content on Doctera, like our specialty guides, is reviewed by physicians and is educational only: it never replaces a consultation with a doctor. Our AI tools suggest and assist; they never diagnose, prescribe or influence a doctor's judgment. And we never sell patient data.
