Yes. Booking on Doctera is completely free for patients, with no booking fees and no hidden charges. You only pay the doctor's usual consultation fee at the clinic (or for the video visit), exactly as you would if you had called.
Fees vary from doctor to doctor and by specialty. Each doctor sets their own fee, and Doctera shows it upfront on the profile before you book, so you can compare doctors and know what you'll pay before you confirm.
Yes. Many doctors on Doctera offer video consultations. Profiles that support it show a "Video" option: choose it when booking and you'll receive a secure link to join the visit from your phone or computer.
Yes. Add relatives (a parent, your children) to your account, then choose who the visit is for when you book, and manage all their appointments and documents in one place.
Use the language filter on the Search page. Doctors on Doctera list the languages they consult in, so you can choose someone you're comfortable talking to.
Yes. Doctera is built for Arabic, French and English; your doctor can dictate and share notes in your language.
Yes. Open your portal, select the visit, and choose cancel or reschedule, free up to 24 hours before the appointment, unless the doctor sets a different policy.

Your documents are encrypted and only visible to you and the doctors you grant access to, and you can revoke that access anytime. We never sell your data.
